FreeBSD 5.5 lsof binaries

I do not recommend that you use a pre-compiled lsof binary.  It is
better that you compile lsof for yourself from the distributed sources.

the binaries in this FreeBSD 5.5 tree are built on the latest
5.5-PRERELEASE available to me and organized into subdirectories by
machine architecture type.
